If something is not right with your order, we will make it right. We are a small shop and our reputation matters more than any single transaction.
Fit Issues
Use the chat bubble on any page with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint or refund — your choice.
Damaged Orders
Photograph the damage and reach out via the chat bubble on any page. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Unused, undamaged inserts within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds issued within 3-5 business days.
Cancellations
Reach out via chat ASAP. Orders not yet in production can be cancelled for a full refund.
