Each insert is listed by specific tool model number. Browse by M12 or M18 category, or use the search bar. If unsure, use the chat bubble on any page for the fastest response.
My tool is not listed — can you make a custom insert?
Absolutely. Use the chat bubble on any page and share your tool make and model. We will let you know if it is feasible.
What if I order the wrong insert?
Contact us right away. If it has not shipped we can adjust. If it has, see our Returns policy — we handle it case by case.

What material are the inserts made from?
Our inserts are made from high-quality, impact-resistant material that holds its shape and keeps your tools firmly seated.
How durable are they?
Very. Strong, impact-resistant, and holds shape well in normal shop and vehicle temperatures. Made and used properly, they will last for years.
What colors are available?
We stock black, red, grey, and white. Available colors may vary by product — check the listing or contact us.

How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase.
How much is shipping?
US domestic shipping starts at $6.99. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
What if my insert does not fit?
Use the chat bubble on any page with a photo and your order number. We will reprint or refund.
Can I return an unused insert?
Yes — unused, undamaged inserts within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping.
